I have been educated in online training and I use a number of platforms as well as Zoom and Google Meet to help you exercise and learn in the comfort of your own home. All you have to do is sign up with me and I add you to my portal and you can sign in and do online appointments just like we would in person! If the gym or in person training isnt for you, this is a great way to stay accountable and have a training in your home too!
