I offer group sessions to those that want to workout in the comfort of their home or online. I can either make an online video for you to follow each designed day or schedule a time to meet. I also off some free class locally for familys during the colder months of the year. I charge by the minute otherwise, and you can split the cost with your friends and family. I custom write workout programs based on your level and individual fitness goals. I can work with you doctor if you have any limitations or dietary restrictions. Each plan, for both exersice and meal, if customized to your needs and not the needs of others. We are all different! What works for one, may not work for you! This is why it is important to hire a trainer like myself. I work hard to find anything that might be holding you back, and help you achieve your goals. This includes education on healthy foods, and learning how to stock your pantry full of healthy clean food. It will help you rid the junk and processed food from your home, and get you started eating well! I will even go shopping with you and teach you to prep meals for the week or the next day. With this service my approach is taken very slowly, and we will assess each step with care and ease. If you have never been taught to eat well, this service will help you because without a strong knowledge of healthy eating your exercise program will not be successful. I want to teach you how to eat clean, healthy foods, and provide you with enough confidence that you can teach your family and avoid the downward slope of poor eating habits. Online training works through email, messenger, and Zoom. We meet virtually depending on your goals. We can work out together or I can send you a program to follow and then set an appointment through a virtual meeting or phone call. Each week I ask that you send me videos of you performing your exercise so I can assess your form as well. It is very important that you have great form because this helps you reach your goals safely and effectively. I also send you videos and instructions on how to do each exercise I write on your program for you. You can do all this in the comfort of your own home, or you can go to the gym and take me with you :D

This program is to help you to understand what eating healthy is. Forget the Fad diets, this program teaches you how to eat food and understand what they do for your body and how they help you stay active. It helps you avoid all the confusion out there with the media and peer pressure to follow diets that eliminate healthy food groups. We assess your current diet and what is holding you back. If you do not know where to start nutrition is the first place you need to assess. If your goal is to eat healthier and lose weight, or build muscle this is the first program. Once we get your nutrition taken care of, we can add in a few exercise routines too. Let's get started on the new you and healthier habits!
This is where I come to you. If you live within a 30-mile radius you do not have to pay a traveling fee. If you are outside that zone, there is a traveling fee and or hotel/lodging fee depending on the location or state. I talk to you about your goals and come over 1-5 times a week to work out with you and make sure you meet your goals that day. I check your form and keep you accountable for your workouts. I can also go to the gym or go on walks or hikes with you if that is a goal you want to meet in your routines.

I offer youth under the age of 18 a monthly package. This is a program they follow to help them in sports throughout the year. I also teach them and write a meal plan or meal guide to help them learn to eat well to enhance their performance and build strong bones and muscles. This program helps the youth client learn how to choose healthy foods and exercise to build the endurance and strength that conditions them to play sports better. I will assess their form and help them apply exercises that will in turn prevent injuries for the activities they choose. I have a few packages that range in price, and a weekly meeting in person or through Zoom or FT is included. Youth have access to email, call or text me anytime as well. This program will help them stay conditioned for the sport they like or the activities they love throughout the year. If you are a youth baseball player, there is a discount applied and I am a homeschool vendor. Please contact me for more information.
This program is strictly designed to help you reach your INDIVIDUAL weight loss goals for the month. If your doctor has suggested to you that you would benefit from losing weight to better your overall health, this is the program for you. I do not encourage ANY FAD diets or the elimination of whole food groups. This program will also help you learn how to eat well and choose healthy food choices while reaching your weight loss goals. Keep in mind, that I safely work with you to achieve this and only allow 1.5-3 lbs of weight (fat) loss per week. I make sure you have the proper nutrition and exercise program to be successful. If you have more than 50-100lbs to lose to reach your goal, it may require a few enrollments in this program. If you have more than 100lbs to lose, your doctor and I can work together. This will ensure we reach your goal safely so you do not risk damage to organs and you keep the weight off for good. This comes with a program of daily exercise and nutrition catered to your needs. Once you reach your goal, the next step is to follow a maintenance program and assess your new goals for muscle and endurance health. This is for all ages and disabilities.

The ReStart Program
This is designed for those people in need of weight (fat) loss and those who have reached a plateau in goals or are unable to work out due to life situations. It is a 14-day program.
There are three Principles in this restart plan and I hold you accountable each day.
This is a higher service program for those that are in need of some serious work and results. It's a top-of-the-line fitness program and you will get meal plans, exercise plans, macro assessments, weight, and BMI all calculated for you personally written by me. This means you don't need to do anything but FOLLOW what I write for you. It is all written for your needs, and you can arrange a phone call/in-person appointment 1-2 times per week to talk about what your plan is and how things are working out.
You may need to sign up again for this program and reassess your goals at the end of each mesocycle.
